Qualifications

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors by following site procedures and access protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner and follow reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain awareness of restricted areas.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to site leadership.

Pay Rate: $19.13 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and maintain awareness of restricted areas.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
