Job summary

Walden Security is seeking a Security Officer in Pharr, TX to protect our industrial and commercial clients from incidents and unauthorized access. You will participate in extensive training and may complete a Security Officer Certification as part of career development.

This role offers flexible scheduling on multiple shifts and opportunities for advancement. We emphasize a culture of caring, strong teamwork, and ongoing education with tuition reimbursement and scholarships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Texas noncommissioned security license is required.

Responsibilities

• Protect property against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.
• Maintain safety across diverse client properties including offices, hospitals and industrial sites.
• Respond to incidents and report findings to supervisors.

Requirements:
