Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a security guard or in a related security role.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and wireless communication technology.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and repetitive patrol duties.
• Strong oral communication skills to interact with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the facility using access control systems and verify identifications.
• Conduct routine patrols of the property, including stairs and inspections to deter security risks.
• Operate wireless devices and radios to stay in contact with the security team.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
