Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Visibility in Justin, TX. You will monitor and patrol warehouse, loading dock, and perimeter areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service and clear communication.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include responding to incidents, reporting observations, and following site protocols.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, office, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and report observed conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor and vehicle activity, and shipping or receiving areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications for Allied Universal and site leadership.
