Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard clients across industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. You will provide customer service while enforcing safety procedures and respond to incidents on site.

Qualified candidates are 18+ (21+ for armed), have a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, and will undergo background checks and drug screening as part of employment.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws; a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site policies, and emergency response as needed
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the client site and perimeter; environments may vary by site
