Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Legal work status in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Reliable and functional transportation (Public transportation not acceptable).
• Owns a cell phone for contact by Operations Supervisors.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests or convictions.
• Active 24 Training Certificate.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods or lift as required by post orders.
• Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.).
• Valid full driver’s license (public transportation not acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily log of all activities during your shift at your post.
• Document all incidents in a detailed incident report.
• Conduct walking and vehicular patrols throughout your shift.
• Enforce customer rules in a professional and courteous manner.
• Arrive on time and in proper uniform at your post.
• Interact and communicate effectively with the public.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Assess and evaluate emergencies quickly and accurately, and respond appropriately.
