• Monitor access to the location and verify credentials or visitor authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and completed patrol activities.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in South Bend, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic logistics location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and reliability.

Pay Rate: $18.20 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
