Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol with clearance to operate in Westford, MA. The role involves patrolling assigned areas, monitoring access points, and delivering exceptional customer service to a defense/aero site.

Qualified candidates will have an active DoD Secret Clearance and be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles. The position is full-time with a pay rate of $23.68 per hour and requires compliance with all site policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures and safety protocols.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document details for site contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor entry/exit points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Report irregularities involving restricted areas or sensitive materials.
• Follow post orders, report hazards, and assist with security requests as per location policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report irregularities involving restricted areas, sensitive materials, or facility operations.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership by following post orders, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and assisting with security-related requests in accordance with location policies.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Clearance Required in Westford, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access activities while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You\'ll Do

Minimum Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
