Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm, with a wage of $21.63 per hour. Applicants should be 18+, have a High School Diploma or GED, and possess strong observation, communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and vigilant.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and escalation.
• Strong observational, communication and quick decision-making skills.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment protecting employees, customers, and visitors from harm.
• Respond to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.
• Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.
• Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, and entry points to identify security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.
