Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and employees by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular foot/vehicle patrols across facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel/visitors entering or leaving the site.
• Observe and report unusual activity and complete incident reports and logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents in line with site procedures and coordinate with leadership and responders.

As a Security Officer Patrol in Frackville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and operations personnel. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout warehouse, loading dock, parking, yard, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers entering or leaving the logistics and distribution location.
• Observe and report unusual activity, damaged property, access control concerns, and policy violations; complete accurate incident reports and shift documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and communicating with Allied Universal leadership and local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
