Allied Universal in Eagle Mountain, UT is seeking a Security Officer for part-time, unarmed patrol protection. You will safeguard client sites, perform routine patrols, report security concerns, and deliver excellent customer service while working independently on a driving post.

This role offers a flexible schedule (Mon/Tue/Sun 2:00 PM–10:00 PM) with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour and access to Allied Universal’s training and career growth programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal and applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment; driver’s license for driving posts only.
• A primarily driving post is preferred.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A primarily driving post is preferred.
• At this site, there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and a rustic guard shack.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
