Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) in Etna, OH to protect clients across Logistics & Distribution sectors. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while upholding Allied Universal’s values.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report issues.
• Monitor access by verifying authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, problem-solving approach and document observations.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document activities while demonstrating Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.98 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and records of patrols, access activity, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
