• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and report relevant information.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; assist with directing guests and verifying authorization.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and report relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific requirements; assist with directing guests and verifying authorization when applicable.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
