• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background check and drug screen are required.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, issue and retrieve badges/keys, and control access to authorized areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents and critical situations; notify site contacts and leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entrances, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, shipping/receiving locations, and perimeter.
• Document daily activities, access-control events, incidents, and shift handoffs per site procedures.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 03:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, issue and retrieve access badges and/or keys, and help control entry to authorized areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entrances, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving locations, and the perimeter; report unusual conditions and security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, access-control events, incidents, and shift handoffs in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
