Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location by following site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document details for reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, report suspicious activity to site leadership and management.
• Complete required reports and shift handoffs while following client and Allied Universal procedures.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service. You will communicate clearly with visitors and staff while responding to site needs with integrity. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and the business perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Complete required reports, logs, and shift handoffs while maintaining a professional presence and following all applicable client and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
