As an unarmed Security Officer supporting a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates, and visitors while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site‑specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate store contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, patrol documentation, and other required records in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
