Qualifications

• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk following site procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, greet and screen visitors, verify IDs, and issue visitor credentials.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery logs and communicate arrivals and access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm professionalism and involve emergency services when needed.
• Support a welcoming environment and deter unauthorized access; report suspicious activity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.22 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk of a financial institution by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor entry activity, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, and issue visitor credentials in accordance with established policies.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery logs and communicate arrivals, departures, and access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Support a professional, welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting suspicious activity or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
