You will serve as a visible, professional point of contact while helping to deter incidents through clear communication and attention to site procedures. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control requirements.


• Staff the front desk and reception area, greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.


• Monitor access points, incoming calls, alarms, cameras, and/or communication systems; report irregularities and route requests to appropriate site contacts.


• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established emergency response procedures.


• Support a professional lobby environment by providing directions, communicating site policies, and helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Alarm panel experience is preferred.


• CPR certification is preferred.


• Be at least 21 years of age


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
