What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and property perimeters to help identify and report unusual conditions or concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions, and communicate observations to appropriate site contacts.
• Complete accurate activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
