Allied Universal in South San Francisco, CA is seeking a part-time Security Officer for Patrol Visibility. You will provide a visible security presence, monitor and patrol assigned areas, and assist visitors and team members while upholding Allied Universal’s values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of automotive facility buildings, parking areas, service areas, vehicle inventory, and perimeter locations.
• Observe and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, property damage, and/or hazards in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while helping to deter unauthorized activity at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
