You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.65 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, property concerns, and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
