Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and employees at a food and beverage location by carrying out site-specific procedures and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Screen individuals, packages, and deliveries entering designated areas in accordance with site policies; verify access authorization and report unusual activity.
• Monitor entry points and maintain awareness of pedestrian and vehicle activity to help deter unauthorized access and support orderly operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations, documenting observations and security-related incidents.

As a Screener in a food and beverage location, you will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment by monitoring access, screening individuals and items, observing activity, and reporting concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while helping to deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.12 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon – 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat – 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun – 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
