• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, documenting entries, incidents, and observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports and maintain professional communications with site contacts.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Use computer or tablet systems to document activities, support badge access processes, and communicate clearly with team members and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, documenting entries, incidents, and observations as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports, maintain professional communication with site contacts, and support a welcoming environment for authorized occupants and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
