Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by performing security procedures and responding to emergencies as needed at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery personnel information.
• Monitor access points and surrounding areas for unusual activity and report observations per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and file required reports.
• Conduct regular patrols of the business, perimeter, access points, and loading areas.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.


• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit activity, and documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery personnel information.


• Monitor access points, loading areas, and surrounding operations for unusual activity and report observations according to site-specific procedures.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, access points, and loading areas. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
