Position Type: Part Time

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications, email communication, and data entry.

• Customer Service Experience (B219) Candidates must possess strong customer service skills. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience.

Pay Rate: $15.25 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, delivery personnel, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points for personnel, visitors, vendors, and deliveries, verifying authorization and maintaining required visitor and access records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points, production and storage areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Support food and beverage facility operations by observing delivery traffic, contractor activity, and restricted-area access in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
