Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks a full-time Security Officer in Port Washington, WI. This role offers a wage of $22.00 per hour with a schedule Monday through Saturday, 5am–9pm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to interact with diverse individuals calmly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and alertness during shift.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside / outside client premises in various weather and terrains.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team to meet site goals daily.
• Carry out similar duties as assigned for the site.
