Job summary

New Era Security Services Inc. seeks a dependable Security Officer for overnight shifts (12am–8am), with both full-time and part-time positions available. You will protect client properties across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education and more.

Responsibilities include customer service, following site orders, responding to incidents, writing reports, maintaining logs, and staying alert at all times. New York state guard licensing is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed positions and at least 21 years of age for driving positions.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or prior security experience.
• Must possess a valid security guard license.
• As a condition of employment, applicants may be subject to a drug test depending on client site and contract requirements.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws, including NY security guard license with UID prior to employment.
• For Driving positions: a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle report check with the DMV.

We are hiring for FT & PT overnight shifts 12a - 8am which includes weekends.
