Securitas USA is hosting an in-person hiring event at SeaTac, WA. Walk-ins are welcome for Security Officer roles with hourly wages between $19.00 and $26.00.

Come prepared to learn about training paths, career progression, and our commitment to integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness. These positions require at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills; prior security or military experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer skills understood; prior security or military experience a plus.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills required.
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Able to pass Securitas' pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).

Responsibilities

• Maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situations with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Secure entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Security Officer - In Person Hiring Event - WALK-INS WELCOME!!

Hiring Event Location: 17930 International Blvd, Suite 550, SeaTac, WA 98118

Time: Thursday, November 5th

Wage: $19.00-$26.00/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
