Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming service, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Control access to facilities and monitor entry points.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks and report issues.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety of people and property.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
