Job summary

Allstate Security is seeking dependable Security Officers to support multiple sites in Oceanside, CA. This role requires flexibility to cover shifting schedules and locations as needed, with a focus on safety, customer service, and professional conduct.

You will conduct patrols, monitor access, document incidents, and coordinate with dispatch and supervisors. An active guard card, reliable transportation, and fluency in English are required; multilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned property
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Provide a visible deterrent and respond promptly to incidents or disturbances
• Write detailed and accurate incident/activity reports
• Enforce property rules, policies, and procedures
• Assist clients, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and emergency services when necessary
