GardaWorld Security is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Lake Charles, LA. You will deliver high‑quality customer service while welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding guests in a fast-paced environment at Prien Lake Mall.

The role emphasizes security presence, access control, and timely incident reporting. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass a screening. Uniforms are provided and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills expected.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors; verify identity and guide visitors.
• Manage access control and patrol assigned areas.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents; provide first aid and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports; communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centres, etc.

• Site Location: Prien Lake Mall- Lake Charles, LA


• Set schedule: Thursday- Friday 7am-3pm, Saturday 1pm-9pm, Sunday 2pm-7pm ( 29 hours per week)
