Qualifications

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner per site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of interiors, parking areas, exteriors, and perimeter to identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and report irregular conditions and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports in accordance with site requirements.

What You\'ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property interiors, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.


• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.


• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• A Guard Card or license is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
