Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Deterrence at our Elizabethtown, PA site. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $17.84 per hour. Schedule includes Sat 7:00 PM–3:00 AM and Sun 7:00 PM–3:00 AM. The position provides flexible hours and opportunities to progress toward a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe conditions that may require reporting or escalation to site management and/or emergency responders.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and unusual conditions in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Deterrence in Elizabethtown, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.84 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 07:00 PM - 03:00 AM
• Sun: 07:00 PM - 03:00 AM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
