GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is hiring a Site Supervisor Security Officer in Flippin, AR. The role focuses on surveillance, threat spotting, and coordinating responses across security systems and environments such as security operations centers and access-controlled areas.

You will monitor, report, and react to incidents while supporting overall site safety. We require a minimum two years of supervisory security experience, a high school diploma or GED, and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Two-year security supervisory industrial experience.
• General knowledge of safety protocols/rules.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual activity and concentration skills.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement background is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Clean driving record for past 3 years.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Two-Year Security Supervisory Industrial Experience
• General knowledge of Safety Protocols/Rules
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
