Job summary

Securitas USA is hiring a Security Officer - Level II in Duluth, MN. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment, controlling access, patrolling multiple sites, and enforcing client site regulations.

You will contribute to incident prevention and provide excellent client service during night shifts Thursday through Sunday. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, leadership abilities, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

Security Officer - Level II - Full Time

Primary Location: Duluth, MN

Wage: $23.00/HR

Schedule: Thurs - Sun: 11PM - 7AM

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Prior security, military, or corrections experience required.
• NLDW, CPR, and safe driving certifications required.
