Job summary

Weiser Security Services, Inc. in Lafayette, LA seeks a part-time Security Guard responsible for protecting assets, personnel, customers and visitors at assigned sites under supervision of the Branch or Account Manager.

The role requires evening/night hours, a willingness to stand for long periods, and readiness to work extended hours as needed. Must be 21+ and adhere to post orders and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Protect client interests within the facility and safeguard lives and property of employees and visitors.
• Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Prepare daily reports to the proper contacts.
• Complete patrols as required by post orders.
• Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.
• Notify authorities in emergencies as outlined in post orders.
• Report violations of company policy and laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.

Job description

Shift is Part time and must be Available to work Monday thru Wednesday 10 PM to 6 AM. Must be 21 years of age to apply.

Reports to: Branch Manager or Account Manager
