• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift handoffs in accordance with site requirements.

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unusual activity, access-control issues, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
