Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer-Responder to maintain safety and security for the facility and its occupants. You will respond to incidents, patrol interiors and exteriors, monitor surveillance, and prepare clear incident reports.

The role requires strong customer service, access control, and the ability to identify and escalate safety concerns following SOPs. Daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in security or related fields preferred (police, fire, military).
• 1+ years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security incidents as dispatched within designated tier times.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the facility.
• Prepare incident reports using a Surface Book device.
• Escort guests requiring assistance through the facility.
• Monitor cameras in the Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Identify security shortfalls and suggest improvements to the program.
