Securitas Inc. in Douglas, AZ seeks a Security Officer for a full-time, on-site role. The position includes guarding client sites, monitoring access, and performing patrols to deter incidents. You will engage with employees and guests, maintain safety, and report issues promptly.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED and strong customer service, with the ability to work independently and remain calm in stressful situations. Arizona Guard Card and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to client staff and guests.
• Utilize technology devices as part of security duties.
• Perform area tours and respond to incidents as needed.

Wage: $15.35/HR

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
