Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer/Guard for full-time positions in Virginia. Shifts: 2nd and 3rd, with one weekend shift required.

The role delivers strong customer service at client sites, ensures safety, and protects property while maintaining vigilance across walks, stairs, and uneven terrain. Training provided. Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills; be the friendly face and first point of contact.
• Excellent communication skills; clear and effective communication is essential.
• Proficient computer skills; basic computer knowledge required.
• Physical endurance; ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility; must be available for weekend shifts.
• Requirements: pass a drug screen and background check; valid driver’s license; read/write/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety: Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites.
• Protect Property: Provide security and safety for client property and personnel.
• Maintain Vigilance: Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
• Handle Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
