Father Joe’s Villages is seeking a Security Officer I to help keep our facilities safe and welcoming. You will conduct patrols, monitor entrances, respond to incidents, and support emergency efforts with professionalism and empathy.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, an active California Guard Card, and a California Driver’s License. Availability for a flexible schedule is needed to support operations at our San Diego facilities.

Protect Our Community.As a Security Officer I at Father Joe’s Villages, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for the individuals, families, staff, and visitors who access our facilities. This role is essential to maintaining continuity of services and supporting our mission by identifying potential concerns, responding to incidents and emergencies, and working collaboratively with staff across the organization.
