GardaWorld Security is hiring a Response Security Officer in Kentucky. You’ll adapt to different missions—from customer service to patrols and surveillance—delivering agility and precision on every shift.

The role offers full-time and part-time schedules across multiple sites in the Northern KY/Greater Cincinnati area, with a competitive $16-$19 hourly wage, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
