Job summary

Universal Destinations & Experiences is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard Guests, Team Members, and assets at Universal Horror Unleashed. Responsibilities include roaming, camera monitoring, access control, and rapid incident reporting with witness statements.

The role requires 3+ years in security or military and CPR/First Aid certification. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; background checks are mandatory and will be conducted.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification and ability to operate AED
• Basic computer proficiency and strong communications skills

Responsibilities

• Walk patrols and occupy access control points to ensure safety of Guests and Team Members
• Identify prohibited items through screening of bags, packages, and deliveries
• Respond to incidents, assess situation, and document witness statements
• Actively monitor surveillance to ensure safety and report any policy violations
• Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities per policy and training
