Job summary

Titan Security is hiring for full-time Security Officers at Middletown, PA. RTOs must have open availability for all shifts and be prepared to provide excellent customer service at the front desk, manage access, and monitor security systems.

Responsibilities include logging incidents, patrolling, and responding to emergencies to ensure a safe environment for tenants and visitors. Compensation starts at $17–$18 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be within commuting distance to Middletown, PA.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, including lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking stairs, and working in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.
