Qualifications

• Able to meet physical essential functions including lifting 50+ lbs and outdoor patrols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain logs at front desk for people and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and record data for management.
