Job summary

ADM Security Solutions, a division of Admiral Security Services, is seeking security personnel in Austin to support contract-based operations. You will manage access control, patrol duties, and incident reporting while upholding client and company policies across diverse sites.

The role requires 21+ years, strong customer service, multitasking ability, and familiarity with MS Office and security software. Prior verifiable work experience (1 year) is required; related degrees are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products.
• Must be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience.

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforcement of Client and Company policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards.
• Conduct of routine foot patrols in and around building.
• Reporting of all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client and other Admiral/ADM Department Managers as appropriate.
• Interaction with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
• Other duties as assigned.
