Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
• Report all issues and incidents to operations manager, client and ADM department managers as appropriate.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
• Other duties as assigned.
