Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• At least one year of verifiable work experience; military/concierge or AA/BA in a related field considered as well.

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around buildings.
• Report incidents to operations manager, client and other managers as appropriate.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the public.
• Other duties as assigned.
