Berkshire Health Systems in North Adams, MA is seeking a Safety and Security/Site Facility Officer to protect patients and staff during the 3:00pm–11:30pm shift. The role includes observation, documentation, and enforcing campus safety policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining a secure environment, responding to incidents, and coordinating with the Safety & Security Department to ensure facilities remain safe and compliant with Berkshire Medical Center procedures.

DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION

The primary function of a Safety and Security/Site Facility Officer is to provide personal security for patients and staff and to perform varied and specified tasks during designated times relating directly to the observation and documentation that all campus facilities, property are safe, secure and in accordance with developed policies and procedures of Berkshire Health Systems and the Berkshire Medical Center Safety & Security Department.
