Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Las Vegas. The role emphasizes customer service and strong engagement with people across shifts in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will manage access control, patrol duties, and incident reporting while maintaining safety and compliance. The position requires a PILB license, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 7 days of offer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as the top priority.
• Manage access control and gatehouse operations using Quick Pass to allow only authorized entry.
• Patrol the property by car, golf cart, and on foot in all weather conditions.
• Respond to calls and incidents as needed.
• Observe and report activity to site management and authorities.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You provide vital access control, while working the gatehouse using computer systems (Quick Pass) ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property.
• You will be involved in patrolling the property by car, Golf Cart, and by foot in a safe manner, and handle any weather conditions.
• You respond to calls as needed.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You regularly inspect and maintain all security equipment and patrol vehicles to ensure they are operating correctly.
• You excel in reading and writing detailed reports.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations, providing assistance and coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• You document and report any unusual activities or incidents to site management and the appropriate authorities and communicate with the Homeowners Association regarding emergencies or safety concerns.
• You keep accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information to ensure a clear record of events for security purposes.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a high-end, HOA setting.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have a valid Driver's License.
• You excel in using computers, laptops, and other electronic equipment.
• You have Strong work ethic!
• You have or can obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 7 days of an offer.
• You are able to patrol by car and your feet, despite the weather conditions throughout your shift.
• You must be over 21 years old.
• You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
